Surface preparation with a large grinding and polishing machine! Due to years of animal oil penetration, this is a case of careful polishing.

We are pleased to introduce our undertaking of repairs for the Chiba Prefectural Meat Public Corporation. This area was constructed by our company about five years ago, but cracks have appeared due to earthquakes, and we received a request for repairs this time. Since this is a place where beef and pork carcasses are stored, we completely enclosed the area with a tent-like structure to avoid dust. This type of protection is sometimes used in food manufacturing environments. The existing coating was applied with "Eucolite UD200SR" at a thickness of 7-8mm, making the chipping process quite challenging. After manually chipping away the old coating completely, we adjusted the substrate using a large grinding and polishing machine. After thorough polishing, we applied the finish with "Eucolite UD200SR."
